All students in Acdemic English 2A MUST register for MyNorthStarLab to access the class homework and online activities. You will need three things: 1) the access code included in your NorthStar 3 book; 2) the class code available here; 3) your student ID.
There are four places where you can learn how to register:
Here is a PowerPoint Introduction to our textbook, NorthStar 3. If you want to remain in this class and level, buy this book as soon as possible (by week 1, lesson 2). You should only buy it from the Kyungwon campus bookstore to get your Access Code. We will start using the book in the second week of class.
This PowerPoint presentation describes the class policies. The highlights are:
- Respect the professor, other students, and the university
- No cheating
- Be on time. Lateness will count against you.
- Grades are earned on a curve.
